Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ryzfit mobile application and related services (“Service”), a product of Tripel. By using Ryzfit, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Ryzfit helps you build fitness habits by linking progress from sources you connect (such as Apple Health or Strava) to optional app-blocking rules on your device. Features may change over time.
2. Accounts
You may need to sign in with Apple or Google to use certain features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, renewals, and cancellations are managed according to Apple’s policies and the information shown at purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it except where allowed by law, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws.
5. Health and fitness disclaimer
Ryzfit is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Fitness tracking depends on data from third-party sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with Apple Health, Strava, Screen Time, Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, and payment providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.
7. Intellectual property
Ryzfit and its content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using Ryzfit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
