Privacy Policy
Ryzfit (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a product of Tripel. It provides a mobile app that helps you stay focused by tying app blocking to fitness goals. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile details such as your name and email address (or a private relay email if you use Hide My Email).
- Fitness data. If you connect Apple Health or Strava, we access activity data you authorize (for example steps, workouts, distance, and calories) so we can track your goals.
- App preferences. Settings you configure in the app, including goals, schedules, and which apps you choose to block.
- Subscription and purchase data. Payment processing is handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
- Device and usage data. Limited technical information needed to operate the service (for example app version and error diagnostics).
2. Screen Time and on-device data
Ryzfit uses Apple’s Screen Time / Family Controls APIs to block apps you select when your goals are not met. Selection of blocked apps and the blocking itself are managed on your device through Apple’s system frameworks. We do not upload a full list of every app on your phone or continuously monitor your screen usage beyond what is required to apply the rules you set.
3. How we use information
- Provide and improve the Ryzfit app and your account
- Track fitness progress against the goals you set
- Apply and manage app-blocking rules you configure
- Process and verify subscriptions
- Respond to support requests and protect the service
We do not sell your personal information.
4. How we share information
We may share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run Ryzfit (for example hosting, authentication, and subscription verification)
- Third-party integrations you connect, such as Strava or Apple Health, under their own privacy policies and your permissions
- Legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
5. Data storage and security
Account and settings data may be stored on our servers so your experience can sync across sessions. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example dispute resolution).
7. Your choices
- Disconnect Apple Health, Strava, or Screen Time permissions in iOS Settings or within the app
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings
- Request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us
8. Children’s privacy
Ryzfit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International users
Ryzfit is operated by Tripel from Australia and may use service providers in other countries. By using the app, you understand that your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws than your own.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of Ryzfit after an update means you accept the revised policy.
